4.1 All transactions on the kami33 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.
4.2 kami33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at kami33's discretion.
4.3 The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and displayed at the time of withdrawal request.
4.4 Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and account KYC status. kami33 reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal, including where unusual transaction patterns are detected.
4.5 kami33 will not process withdrawals to payment methods other than those used for deposits where technically feasible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.
4.6 kami33 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All funds deposited must originate from an account held in your own name.
5.1 kami33 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution weightings, minimum odds requirements, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 kami33 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or zero-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, exploiting software errors, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation schemes.
5.4 Bonuses are valid for the time period stated in the applicable promotion. Unused bonus balances or free rounds that expire will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
6.1 All wagers placed on the kami33 sportsbook, casino, slots, betting, and lottery 4D sections are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or event, which are available within the relevant platform section.
6.2 kami33 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to technical error, data feed failure, or operator error. Affected players will be notified and stakes returned.
6.3 All game outcomes on kami33 — including RNG-based slot results and live dealer game results — are final once the game round is closed. Complaints must be submitted within 72 hours of the relevant event.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kami33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the kami33 platform, including losses arising from technical failures, payment processing delays, or interruption of service.
9.2 kami33 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. kami33 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
9.3 kami33's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your kami33 account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

13.3 The language of these Terms is English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
